Umbrella Girls. Basically you have to show up, wear one of the BTR team outfits, look hot, be friendly to visitors and on occasion hold an umbrella over the riders when they are waiting in their leathers in the pits. If you want to see pit girls in action go to youtube and search "umbrella girls" or "Paddock Girls." They have several clips of umbrella girls at famous race venues all over the world.
